JZD Online Refund Policy:

JZD is happy to offer a refund on any unworn, full-priced merchandise within 14 days of dispatch. Please follow our Returns procedure. This is with the exception of items unable to be returned for hygiene reasons, such as earrings and underwear. Items may also be returned in person to store, please check our opening hours. In all instances a valid receipt or reference number is required.

When possible, please contact JZD via email or phone, to inform us of your decision to return a product via post. Please note: JZD is unable to cover the cost of returning items.

- Return for refund– If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with please return the item to us in a saleable condition with all tags in place within 14 days of dispatch. We will issue you a refund on receipt and satisfactory inspection of the item. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

- Exchange an item– Please follow the ‘Return for refund’ steps, above, for the unwanted item. The desired item can be purchased as a new transaction.

Please note:Items must be returned in their original conditionin which they left the JZD store, with all labels in tact. Please take care of the item when it is in your possession. If garments contain evidence of wear, such as deodorant marks or scent, we will not be able to accept the return. We suggest that items are returned to us in a waterproof plastic bag to prevent damage on its return. The item is your responsibility until it reaches JZD. We recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that ensures the value of the goods, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Please keep proof of postage; JZD is unable to cover the cost of returns.

In instances that a free gift with purchase was included, this must also be returned, per the guidelines above.

- Cancel an order– Please contact JZD as soon as possible with your reference number. If items have already been dispatched to you, it will be your responsibility to return the items to us. A refund will be issued on receipt and further satisfactory inspection of the item. Please note: JZD is unable to cover the cost of returning items.

- Faulty Item- If you think that there is a fault with an item that you have received from us, please let us know straight away by contacting the store, and we will work to rectify the problem.

Items may also be returned in person to the JZD store within 14 days of receipt. See About Us for opening times.

We will only refund to the credit or debit card that the original order was made.

Please note: You can only exchange goods that you are not happy with after 14 days of purchase in case you decide to come and try the item at the shop. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: JZD reserves the right not to issue a refund for goods not returned in a satisfactory condition as specified in our returns policy. If this is the case we will inform you of this by email and return the goods via Royal Mail recorded delivery.

The JZD jewellery is costume jewellery, and so should be treated as such; to maintain good condition of costume jewellery, please avoid contact with water and perfume. If you have an allergy to metals please do not wear costume jewellery. Jewellery can be delicate, please handle with care.
